Our favorite hotel in Miami! 5 stars all the way. The staff is super pleasant, the hotel itself and the grounds are manicured and super clean; smells amazing everywhere you go. The room gets cleaned daily, with a turndown service so it always feels clean and towels are constantly refreshed.
The pools are kept clean at all times and the overall vibe in the hotel is just super chill. This is not a party hotel, perfect for couples and families!

Our stay was amazing, Karill the front manager did our check in, super friendly , we were able to get our room at 11:30. The rooms are very nice an spacious, Carolina the house keeper super nice, the pool on Friday was nice and as well as the service, Saturday was bad, to many people and bad service. Sunday was very nice and quiet, Violin and Fernardo were amazing. Karl did the check out for us, extremely efficient and friendly, he took some charges that they were out in our bill by mistake.
