The front desk service was lacking. Lack of attention, poor customer service.
For this hotel being in Florida there is no ice machine on the floors and one must go down to the bar to retrieve ice making it very awkward, cumbersome and inconvenient.
They are supposed to offer hotel shuttle service to the airport yet their shuttle service doesn’t begin before 7 AM which is also inconvenient if you have an early morning flight.
This hotel could do better.

It was a little run down but breakfast buffet was awesome. Pool was warm. Nice fire pit. Need an Uber to get anywhere. Recommend for the price.
