The checkout flexibility is really convenient and staff is outstanding (from the lobby, to housekeeping, to restaurant staff, to pool/beach staff). The rooms are nice and clean. I would just say the pool could be a bit cleaner & the elevators more efficient, but otherwise, no complaints.

Customer service was great they even upgraded our room to a suite since our flight got delayed so late and got there at like 4am in the morning they gave us good treatment

Very unprofessional and rude front desk. Really ruined my stay. Asked the front desk to help me call a cab, he told me to go outside and catch. Was waiting for the cab for 20-30 min in 100 degrees weather. No cabs around.

Views gorgeous, hotel restaurant food was amazing and great quality. Very clean, a bit pricey but your paying for what you get.

The staff was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The property on either side was under construction so it was very noisy to be outside on the balcony.

the property fees was an extra charge and the parking fee was so expensive. the 10 dollar credit was not explained very well so we could not use it! The grab and go offer for restaurant was not very early and opened late in the morning.
