There was mold on the bathroom walls, the windows were so filthy to the point that we could barely see out of them. The vent had broken sections and blew cold air directly onto one of the beds making it uncomfortable whether the air was on or off. The toilet paper dispenser was completely breaking off of the wall. The prong was broken to connect one of the outlets at the nightstand so we couldn’t even use it and had to keep our phones across the room and slide other furniture away from the wall to have one. One of the two elevators was out of order for the entirety of our stay. Completely lacking in the most basic areas for a functional place to stay.

rooms where not clean as i excepted bad customer service. Really nice hotel very convenient near a lot of attractions. It was more of the customer service and up keep.
