A/C broke down we have to moved to another hotel

Outside of the hotel people were smoking weed. Room was dirty. The towels were old and thin. Place looks unkept This used to be a beautiful hotel but not anymore.

My room was very clean. The parking is horrendous. As a smoker I found it odd to have the ashtrays at the entrance. The location is convenient to the port of Miami and airport.

1.- No iron in the room, had to request one. 2.- No TV and no WiFi, had to get a technician to activate. 3.- Plumbing issue in the bathroom. Constant whistling akin to a ping in pipe for the toilet all night. 4.- Stains on the sheets in one of the beds. 5.- The tub faucet handle was loose and came off. 6.- While in the shower the water kept cutting off and on. VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY.
