I was disappointed that having stayed at this facility for many years this is the first occasion that I was charged $17 per day parking fee. In addition they are now charging an extortionate fee to have rooms cleaned and basic amenities such as coffee replenished daily. Highly disappointing.

THE WORST SERVICE in all of Miami. If you’re visiting this beautiful city, book elsewhere. The quality in service and experience is far below the standard of any resort in Miami. This hotel charges undisclosed fees and offers views that dont exist. Our room was (Golf course view) and we couldn’t see past a single tree from our balcony. If youre looking for an awful stay book here

Horrible, super dirty rooms, wet carpet, I left the hotel and they didn't even give me a refund. In the bathroom there is used paper, not even a new roll. I don't recommend it at all.

The room we stayed in was not like the pictures, the room had clean sheets on the bed but other cleanliness was very poor, the carpel was dirty which cause my partner to cough out of control where in the room. The overall condition of the room was disappointing and would rethink very hard of staying there again as it was a great location.

The property was clean. The pool didn’t look like the pictures. The staff was rude and didn’t care that they couldn’t provide wash rags and towels.
