Staff not very concerned for guests; asked for ice and customer service was like “oh it’s over there” and kept on with their task.. room not too clean as we found two roaches and bed was broken, also water doesn’t get too hot, sink is far from bathroom, had to walk through a restaurant to get to room, shower leaked water into bathroom floor due to lack of rubber seal. Overall it was quiet and safe feeling.

Excellent service, very clean and the staff is amazing, also the food and drinks in The Tavern are delicious! I'll be there again!

The property was clean. The on-site restaurant was very clean and the food did not disappoint! The rooms are outdated & need some repairs. My biggest complaint: We arrived very late to check in and requested alatr checkout time of 12. This would have only been one hour past the normail chekout time. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude & was already telling no before we ever had a chance to ask. For one hour extention she wanted to charge us for another day. Poor, poor customer service.
