Pictures are very misleading. The place is definitely worn out worn down. Things are peeling cracking breaking off in the rooms. Beds are not comfortable. Staff is friendly. I’m sure it was lovely when they first renovated, but it is in dire need of renovations however, cleaning could be so much better

- There were many many bugs in the room. I was horrified to notice this morning what I ve slept next to. The bugs were everywhere, some got into my stuff.
- The shower was not draining properly. The water stayed stagnant after using it. It was disgusting to use after that.
- The smell of tobacco was very strong. It iritated my respiratory system and I m still coughing because of that.
After communicating these issues to the front desk, they started on the process of room changing.
But after feeling that the rash I got today, kept worsening I preferred leaving the hotel for my health.
And 3 weeks later, i m still waiting for a full refund.

This property was in a very noisy area . The property is ran remotely. The staff gave us the wrong room number and the code wouldn’t work and there were already people in there! So unprofessional!

Shower head broken, dirty room, no electrical outlet in bathroom. Tub drains slow. No front desk and the list goes on. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at on South Beach!

This hotel was extremely dirty, smelled of cigarettes bad and had multiple different bug throughout. If I could give it 0 stars I would! $300 a night for this place is absurd! I have so many videos of the filth in this place. The staff got 2 stars only be as they responded promptly but still did nothing to help my issues. I really deserve a full refund for the troubles and trauma. I will be posting pictures and videos of the dirt, stains, bugs in sinks, table, microwave and shower.
