We had to change room because there was lots of someone else’s hair in the shower and bed!!

Do not order Amazon packages and ship them here; this is the 1 hotel that charges to get your packages
$5 per package and if you don’t pay they keep your packages

Its ok for 1 night...longer i dont recomend
Internet connection in room bad
Place is clean and good service

No internet connection the whole stay
Limited parking
The elevators takes longggg
The staff was trying but couldn't do anything i guess but was going to give us a new room but a guest was behind me and was on the 2nd floor and was having the same problem (i was in the 6th floor) Overall i wasnt impressed but it was clean and the staff was alright

Racist. If you’re black, please save your money and don’t stay here. Best thing about this property is Shirley that works at the front desk. Wifi also doesn’t work and the breakfast is a 2/10. They also have been doing construction while you’re staying at the property which is a major inconvenience.

Miss Sabrina:This is a very inappropriate comment....Our decision about not keeping your 30 packages from amazon for 2 months before your arrival has nothing to do with how we treat Guest here and how we treat Human Being. If this is the conclusion you arrive about this issue, this only defines what you think ....I'm sorry about you feel this way but I'm not sorry that you are trying to take advantage of human miseries that we don't share at all.

The Wi-Fi / internet needs upgrading. It is not accessible in most rooms. I stayed on floor 2 and floor 6 respectively and I’m having the same issue. The only way it works is if you go down to the lobby.
