Beautiful, clean property. Great dining options, loved the complimentary beverages and food. The water view is breath taking!

Wanted an ocean view with 2 double beds. Only had a king ocean view due ro an engineering issue. No one’s fault . Has ro move to a room with 2 souble beds but only a city view. Still a beautifule hotel

Outside of no hot water in my room and the morning staff at Area 31 did not treat all of its guest the same or gave the same high level of service as they did others it was great.
