Nice property but food service little slow we kept waiting for a long time but no one was there to take our order and served my drink last when almost my lunch was over. Also they forgot to bring my daughter’s Pasta and got delayed. Rest everything ok.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at when I visit Miami love their breakfast might order omelettes farm fresh eggs all that good stuff and what else oh reception for arrivals from four to seven free drinks

The only thing to like about this place is the cleanness!! What i did not like about it is I was lied to about being shuttled to the hotel from the airport, I even called to make sure we would have a ride and was promised they would come and get us but they never showed up and when we tried to call the hotel no one would answer the phone and the M.O.D was completely rude and doesn't have any customer hospitality.
