There was a long wait line to enter the parking area due to an event, they should have two entrances to the parking. The complementary water and cookies were nice!

There was a big convention while we were staying and it made it overwhelmingly busy. The elevators didn’t work properly and we often had to wait a long time to get to our room. The parking is off to the side while there are three valet areas almost completely empty.

The hotel is old and outdated. It needs renovation asap. Some areas are ok but others are in need of some care.

Rooms were decent. Too expensive for something mediocre. Dining options around were too pricey. Weekends filled with convention traffic.

AC didn’t work in room. Elevators were down entire stay. They add gratuity automatically for EVERYTHING. Parking was expensive. Rooms were very old and dated. For as much as we paid I excepted better. Area of town was very sketchy.

Booked a honeymoon suite, the air didn’t work. They had to change my room twice because of air problem. The air in the hotel is terrible. Staff was great and it not their fault. Could not enjoy the pool as there was so many iguanas around the pool. The bar was great! I would not stay there again.
