Property is dated, beat up and in need of major update and upgrades to compete with new construction in the area.

OK room, but a bit pricey. Issues with bathroom: toilet had garbage inside when we got in, some supplies were damaged, and one cannot turn the shower on without getting wet, and since it takes time for the hot water to come, it was not pleasant. The hotel is a bit remote from the fun downtown attractions.

Nice hotel for the price…Only thing was the double bed seems to be a full and not a queen which made a really tight fit for 2 adults but still was a bargain for the price
