you got to be kidding me. not a good environment and nowhere did it say it was like a crappy motel. hotel even charged me extra money after checkout because it wasn't the "correct" price... a load of garbage, filed a dispute with my credit card company as for that illegal. this trip was a bust, staff wasn't helpful either, completely "lost" would NEVER recommend to anybody

There was very noisy people nest door and beloe us. People were knocking on our door at 2am. We felt unsafe. We were told breakfast was included. There was subway onsite for purchase only. Terrible experience

Got there at 7:30 to check in before going into the city for dinner. Was greeted by the front desk and told that their computer system has been down since 5 pm and that they weren't able to check anyone into their room until it is back online. They then said they would happily cancel us for free but then offered no other suggestions for different accommodations. We bounced around to the neighboring hotels and eventually found one for $127 a night when our original was $76. We had no choice but to cancel the original and rebook somewhere else or we would have no place to sleep in Miami. I am still awaiting a refund for the original hotel

The only complaint I have is the floors in my room 124 needs sweeping and mopping
