The front staff were really nice. The hotel is in an unsafe area and - honest to god- drug deals going down in the parking lot and vagrants roaming. And ...yes I am being honest. My room was uncharacteristically very nice. Completely redone and clean. New paint, tile. Bed was old and worn and um...shal I dare say.....silicone stains on the clean sheets.. The outer appearance of the motel and the general area is horrible. Feral cats roaming all over. Decent pool but I didn't go in. "Hot Breakfast" is a JOKE. Waffle maker and a slight smattering of junk food.

For the price it was great, the floors in the rooms were a little dirty but the staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay again

The 1st room I checked into was dirty and the television didn't work! They gave me another room and the toilet was broken.

The staff was friendly and helpful but otherwise it was pretty bad.
