Termite looking bugs all around my room. My key didn’t open my door. I switched keys several times. No beach towels clean.

The hotel was a great location, clean and comfortable, but on the last day the AC from the room broke we asked for assistance and they said that they could not help us or give us a new room. It was so difficult to sleep when the temperature was 80 degree. In addition to this if you are in a hurry, do not use the valet
Parking, it takes 30 m to 45 m for them to get your car.

The reviews had me terrified. I tried to cancel the day before but I had to see it through. I actually had a nice stay. The staff was friendly, my room was clean (no bugs, thank God) and the area was walkable. The only issue I had was my key was not working. I had to get assistance a few times and the water pressure was terrible. Overall cute room, comfortable bed and the whole staff was nice!
