Outstanding property grounds, rooms, and amenities are comparable to big five-star hotels. Attention to detail, including cleanness, in-room amenities, poolside sunscreen, and iced water carts. Nice ocean-view bungalow bar with mist fans. Good beach service, including food, drinks, and free lounge chairs with thick mattresses. I think the resort fee should include an umbrella. It does not make sense to pay a $30 resort fee and rent an umbrella for another $30 daily.

Beautiful property. Staff remembered us from last time. Donna Mare has world class food and service. Beach Bungalow bar is the best Tiki bar and is right on the beach. Great music and bar staff. We had so much fun!!

They were very accommodating and kind. Truly appreciated the staff. The hotel was beautiful as well.

Food is way too expensive. Feels like you've been ripped off. I'll never book this hotel again for that reason.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. We paid for an upgrade to a suite with a great view. The food in the restaurants is incredible. However, given how much we paid there were a few things that were disappointing. First our room key lock wasn't working and we had to go ask for help to the lobby 5 times, they kept saying it was the key but clearly it wasn't, finally a tech came to check and changed the battery on the door. The housekeeping was also disappointing, they kept forgetting to leave us the complementary water bottles, they never took the trash, and they only left us slippers and robes the last day of our stay (we were there 4 days) given than we paid for a suite I expected more. Lastly we did see 3 small roaches in the room which was not pleasant.

Overall a wonderful stay! The amenities were perfect. Our room was rather small, so be prepared if you have another guest with you to either get two beds or book a large space. We didn’t have many options for storing our items for a longer stay. Staff is friendly and you will always get prompt service. One thing I didn’t realize with room service is that they enter the room. Last time, they left it outside the door so it was a good thing we were not dressing. The only true downside is our sheets didn’t look super clean, which might be a side effect of busy times of the year. There were some old stains when we arrived, but we changed the sheets and had no other issues all trip long. Same with the towels in the room and at the beach. Overall - would book again but we are definitely curious about the value of other stays in this price range. Thank you for the nice stay!
