The staff was great but the property needs work. It seems as if they tried to update the rooms/hallways but all that was done was a fresh coat of paint since thats what the rooms smelled like. Our room was huge but not in a nice way. We had a king size bed, a desk with a chair, a dresser, and then what seemed to be a wet bar with a mini fridge. All this furniture took up only half the room the rest was just empty space with plain white walls and no decorations to speak of. But what I really hated was that there were no black out curtains. The "curtain" we did have looked more like a thin white sheet hung from the top of the window than a curtain. Also, the hallway had a horrible damp/mildewy smell every day & night.

The property is nice, needs a bit love for the $$$ . However it was in a nice and quiet place.

The front desk never answered the phone once during the 4 days I was there. There was a lot of humidity in the room and the elevator was broken two out of the 4 days. We had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs.

Make sure there are English speaking workers on site beside the front desk. Make sure to review the check out time before placing someone in their room and make sure the key card is functioning

The property need a renovation the carpet is so dirty and poor ,the wall of tge bathroom are damage the door is rust , the day before my check out the elevator was broken so on the next day the staff early in the morning had to take my luggage down stairs
