service was ok, restaurant service was great the days that were not so busy, but busy days, the restaurant service was poor. The room cleanliness was great the 1st day, the rest of the days housekeeping got worse

Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Professional , Polite and lots of coffee shops and good restaurant. Safe and walkable and lots of trees and very clean area

Excellent service, Room was perfect, roomy, cool and comfortable. Large soaking tub was a bonus after a long day of walking. The gym is awesome especially if you enjoy lifting. Charge for minibar items...mini espresso machine in room $5.50 USD for use. FYI Plenty of food choices near by as well as Tour bus stop steps from hotel. I traveled alone and felt safe inside and outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

El servicio es excelente todos los restaurantes son muy buenos. En todo momento los empleados son muy amables. La localización es excelente está a unos 10 minutos caminando del Bosque, a dirección opuesta esta también a 10 minutos caminando el ángel. 10/10 vuelvo a quedar me en El Marquis
