I had a great experience at this establishment. The young lady at the desk was very kind and informative. You're about a 5 minute walk from the Zocalo.

The hotel staff was very friendly to me and gave me information on the local activities to do in CDMX. They were very helpful with every question or concern I had. The room was very clean and the amenities were nice to have. The hotel was in an easy to find location about 20 minutes from the airport. Overall, I'd choose this hotel to stay at next time I'm in Mexico City.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días. En el centro de la cuidad donde encuentro todo.
Cuartos limpios, con aire acondicionado. Regresaré.

I RATE THEM A ZERO
I have never posted a review but today is my first. Please note I’m easily pleased not expecting more than customary. I checked out of the Hotel MX Condesa to test the Hotel MX Centro. I arrived too early for check-in, which I expected. What I did not expect upon my return was a room on the 3rd floor when the lift was out of order! The 3rd floor is actually the 4th floor because as in Europe the entrance to a building is the ground floor. I asked for a room on the second floor but was told they were not available to me. I'm a senior so I look for amenities which I require when booking. I was FORCED to carry my bags up the stairs to the top floor on my own without any offer from a bellhop because there were no bellhops around with the understanding that I would be offered a room on a lower floor as I had an 8 day stay.
Knowing that there would be no lift I feel that one additional employee should have been hired on a temporary basis until repairs were completed as it was going to be out of service for an indeterminate time awaiting unavailable parts due to the age of the lift. They also should have notified their clients in advance of the probability they would be required to carry their bags on their own due to the lack of a lift! I never would have checked out of Hotel MX Condesa (which is LOVELY!) had I known in advance.
The next day I called the reception desk and spoke to Javier who immediately quashed any accommodation to another room stating

Poor service, nothing supply in the room, shower function is bad, poor breakfast, nothing good!
Never go back!
