Some bug bit me overnight and the some of the desk staff wasn’t very helpful when I asked to check in a little early

Hotel is well located near restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff is very attentive. Rooms are comfortable.

La habitación estaba muy bien el personal muy amable el desayuno buffet estaba muy rico y la comida que tenían en el restaurante rica también

Stayed here it was a pretty well presentation, but when I entered rooms weren’t as big I thought they were, it was pretty dirty and dusty, buffet not so much options, no refrigerator, bed uncomfortable. Plus I did not stay there for all the days I had checked out 2 days earlier and they refuse to give me a refund. Surrounding areas not so great.

Did not like it at all. Our plane came earlier and ask front staff if we could have a room before 3 pm. The answer was no. They let us wait in the lobby until 3 pm. Facilities are definitely not a 3 star, maybe 1-2 star. Beds were old and sheets and pillows had stains. We are requesting a refund from this property. We left and booked at Fiesta Americana hotel and what a difference!
