The internet connection was terrible in the rooms. I had to go down to the lobby and even there is was still really very slow. Both me and my wife had the same issue on a mac as well as on a pc.

Room smells and the pillows smell bad too. AC wasn’t on and it was so hot to sleep. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and it took them over an hour so I had to go to the front desk to get it.

Dirty disappointment

Wouldn't return - Rooms aren't fresh and when windows are opened it lets in the cigarette air from the patrons constantly smoking near the entrance. They provide one towel and hide the other in a drawer which I didnt find until I read another review. Ridiculous. We were welcomed to breakfast however upon checkout were told it was an additional charge.. oh and there was a half eaten cookie on display, on top of all the others. Grim. The rooms had a light brown carpet, until you look at the corners of the room and realise the carpet should actually be a silver grey. Gross! Toilet brush covered in dirt... Lamps covered in dust.. just really unpleasant and dirty.

This was a clean comfortable place to reside at for 2 nights. I enjoyed my stay there with my friend. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Didn’t seem like a four-star hotel. Towels were missing from room. WiFi took ages to work and the separate loo had no wash basin, so you have to walk into bathroom to wash hands. Hairdryer was difficult to use. Not great especially at nighttime. Plus it was quite expensive and prices seemed much cheaper next month.

Mixed experience. I'm sure better for most others!

Mixed experience, would have been very negative if it wasn't for Hamisse on reception who was always smiling, helpful and understanding, so a big thank you to him. It just felt like "computer says no" the whole time.. no way they could find anything to eat for my 2yr old early evening, fair enough, was told we had to wait until 7pm when the restaurant would open.. ok.. so we did.. went to the restaurant at 7pm just to be told it was full tonight and we were told to find somewhere else. Went to reception and Hamisse kindly made a call and got us a table immediately.. there were so many free tables the entire time we were there, I don't understand why we were turned away. By the time we got both children to bed and set up the monitors it was just past 9pm, and we were told the cooks stop at 9pm (despite a massive table having only just been seated..) and there was no way they could get us anything to eat at all, and we were told to find somewhere else.. (not sure how they thought that would work with 2 children sleeping in the room). Back to Hamisse who kindly suggested deliveroo. Also very disappointing that the "seasonal" pool still wasn't open on a hot June summer's day.. (but that disappointment is completely our fault for not reading the small print.. but come on, June!!) The room was clean and a good size, and they had airport trolleys for luggage which was useful.
