For $300 a night, there should not be several huge stains in the carpeting and my non-smoking room smells just like smoke. The person who checked me in did not share the information about the hotel amenities like the staff person who helped the people who checked in next to me.

Dining at Bridges was great. Rooms were old and in need of updating. Staff was quick to correct unswept floors and cleaning of the bathroom when we first checked in. Carpet & chair upholstery in the room really needed cleaned.

Housekeeping never came and cleaned our room or supplied us with clean towels. When we went to get our own towels, they told us they had to be delivered so we had to wait another hour floors need to be cleaned.
