Big room and it is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is at a fantastic location which is walkable and close to everything. We have been loyal to this hotel even before the renovation. During this stay we felt the only downfall is the front desk. We were not happy with the attitude of the manager when we first got there. Felt judged and didn’t receive a phone call when our room was ready when she promised to do so.

Bar staff not well trained, paid cash and they needed to get a manager to finish the transaction. 20 minutes for a beer with 5 serving and bar not busy
