Check in process was super easy and staff were extremely helpful pre-check in and during our entire stay. Loved we had our own washing machine and dryer. Location is central to everywhere and having Chadstone Shopping Centre 2min away was a blessing. The Chinese restaurant downstairs is a must-try too!

Very handy position to Chadstone Center. Easy to call a taxi. Two bathrooms.
The seating could be more comfortable as on couch for 4.
The Queen bed was a little too soft.

Soap not topped up on room service.
Rooms facing main road were noisy.
I thought parking was free but it wasnt. Probably my bad for assuming that.
Location fantastic.
