Troublesome stay
Posted 31 Dec 2023 on HotelsNo front desk staff made it troublesome to get in after hours. No after hours support on site was also troublesome especially since we are traveling internationally. Hotels.com website mentioned availability of kitchen which was non existent.

Greeted with vomit and food in the lift upon arrival. Dog barking in room 2 doors away and urine in corridor beside room entry. Room stunk of cooking fumes from restaurant below. Will never, ever return and will strongly urge others to NOT even entertain thought of staying at Punt Hill Essendon
