Excellent location for the property, good service and amenities. The room does need a serious touch up in lighting. It was very dim with all the lights on and the window was facing the adjacent building so you didn’t get much light from there either. Shower floor was dirty with stains and marks. The front door doesn’t close fully by itself and you have to remember to pull it hard to lock it. The keycard access on our door was also pulled off/tampered with on one of the nights which made us worried about the security of our room. The freezer also made this loud, breathing sound that LITERALLY sounds like someone is standing in the room. Very difficult to sleep at night with it..

Place is dingy with stained ceilings and carpets. It needs renovation. The location is good and we enjoyed the view from the 17th floor.

Good location, very close to Queen Victoria market, so many trams options, just hop on the tram within free tram zone n explore the city.

The Bathroom was dirty exhaust fan was filthy shower was dirty with mold in corners

Melbourne is easy to get around with the Trams, but this location was a little far from everything except for Queen Victoria Markets.
