Comfortable bed, nice staff, room was clean, coffee and breakfast ready in the morning all included. All ai need to be happy. 😊

Staff was helpful and nice. The pillows on the beds weren’t the best. That was my only minor complaint

Never saw the facility. They over booked the hotel and called to tell me after I had called earlier in the day notifying them of a later check in. They said my payment would be refunded and o need to be sure that that happens. This experience has been horrible and they stated there was nothing they could do nor could the manager get me a room at a sister property in the area. I need this to corrected and my payment returned and more honestly for how poorly of an experience this has been.

The hallway and room did not smell good, the carpet did not looked vacuumed Air freshener is need in hallway s and room. At check in we were told breakfast was from 8 am to 10 am we went down at 9am an we were told it was closed and breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:am
