The front desk staff was very helpful. However, there is no lift in the property and if you are travelling with large bags then forget it. There should be a cage available to store big luggage on the ground level.

No elevator so you have to carry suitcases up stairs. Rooms are dingy and tiny and bathrooms are very awkward pod system. No window. Wont stay again. Long walk from airport

In regards to there being no window, all rooms are equipped with an opening window in which allows guest to let fresh air from the outside in. We also acknowledge that our compact rooms and unique pod-style bathrooms are a departure from traditional hotel designs, and we are sorry that they did not meet your expectations. Additionally, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the walk from the airport, and we appreciate that after a long journey, convenience is paramount.We are continuously exploring ways to enhance our guests' experiences within the constraints of our budget-friendly model.
