very nice bar and amazing breakfast. great staff and customer service. kinda noisy at nights but the front desk gave us a 5th floor room so the noise wasnt that bad. very clean rooms.

Staff was super informative, and accommodating. Parking was ample and close to room. I wish i could have stayed longer.

We came to the Melbourne area after staying at the Days Inn in Mobile - the Melbourne hotel had just been renovated and was very nice. The only complaint was the attitude of the woman who checked us in - she’s definitely not in the right job.

staff was horrible the manager with long unprofessional eyelashes that looked like they were going to fly off her eyes canceled my room for no reason and didn’t tell me until i got there to check in after driving an hour then proceeded to tell me she won’t give me a refund or at least another room! definitely stay away if you don’t like throwing money away this place is a joke!!!
