The property is well located to transport and is a comfortable walk to the action. Great food options and theatre. The rooms are spacious and well appointed but soundproofing is lacking and if you have a noisey neighbour, as I did with an adjoining door, then you are subjected hearing their conversations word for word.

A few minor maintenance issues need to be attended. Avoid the top floor if you are a light sleeper, fans run on the roof all night long.

The room was spacious and the bed comfy but otherwise there are a lot of improvements needed. We stayed for 3 nights. The kitchenette worktop was damaged making it unhygienic. There were no dinner plates and no washing up liquid. The promised daily housecleaning did not happen meaning we had to ask for extra toilet paper and coffee but they were unable to give us milk. The tea towel needed changing daily as did the bath mat and hand towels, and we had to make do as when we asked, we were told housekeeping had gone home. We loved the location but management needs to make improvements.

Location is startegic for transport and place to go

It’s a good price but there’s no excuse for mouldy rusty showers & thick grimy windows- reception shut at 3pm so inconvenient to get a second swipe card.

As a previous maint manager of the property I found a leaking toilet, unusable dimmer switches, falling apart shower knobs, lack of a hand rail for access into the shower, rattling balcony doors, missing free to air tv channels, threadbare public hallway carpets, .....a bit of a dis-appointment

Noisy. Self contained, no microwave cooking containers no sink plug, cupboards disorganised. No input from staff at any stage.
