Lovely stafff on arrival and departure. Very accommodating and helpful. Located opposite tram station snd a 5 minute walk to train station where u can catch a train into the city and be there in 20 minutes. Also 20 minutes from terminal 4 airport. Perfect. The room was clean,maybe a little dated but suited us perfectly.

It was a budget stay.
The air con was only blowing out warm air.
I lifted the front of the air con to see 2 filters that were very dirty and didn’t seem to be in the correct position. The emote control had no back to t.
The lights in the room didn’t have globes in them and the one that did have a globe didn’t work about the bed head.
The main light in the bathroom is ready to fall off.
The door to the bathroom doest close as the closing mechanism is jammed inside the door.
The hanging rail on the wall near the tables and chairs is just about ready to fall off
The actual room looked very clean and presentable when I first walked in with a lovely mural on the wall above the bed.
Good little fridge /coffee tea & biscuits.
It was a pleasant stay with great staff it just needs some maintenance done that’s all.
