Shower over bath dangerous and should have hand rail. Late arrival procedure/payment clunky and outdated.

I’ve stayed here before and love this hotel when needing to stay in richmond. It’s close to all the business with an uber, tram or walk, yet far enough away that it’s quiet down an off street. Will be requesting rooms not on the ground floor facing the street again though as there was little privacy. Other than that will be staying again for a third time in future.

Was a pleasant stay however when booking I was never told about the $100 room deposit that was required upon check in and was then left with no money I was extremely disappointed
