We went out to the balcony and we were terrified when we see what looked like the whole thing was about to come flying down!
It’s a beautiful place and we definitely would go back but not until some much needed updates are done.

The room was clean however we had a constant leak from the cooling system, we did report it and they tried to fix it but leak continued. For our safety so we didn’t slip we just put a towel on the floor over the wet puddle. The shower also leaked and the room was damp. Lounge chairs by the pool were very uncomfortable and the pool was very slippery getting in and out. Noise from construction on property next door was annoying. Staff were very friendly, happy hour by the pool was great drinks and food very reasonable.

Hotel is good, we found the shower did not work and the air cannot be regulated and customer service was very bad.
