This hotel was exactly what we needed for a good price. Our room was excellent and pretty clean. The hotel itself is very well-kept and clean. The lobby and restaurant area is very nice. Staff is helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of tasty options for everyone. We liked it so much we ended up extended our stay. If we come back to Mataram this is definitely where we will stay!

Acceptable Stay

Room has ants crawling on the table from time to time. Accidentally had water patch on the side table and after house keeping, the water patch was still on the side table, so I think that goes to show how much the housekeeping does in each room. Wall was quite thin as I could hear next door room's television during bedtime.

Good for a short stay

For a short stay it's ok, the rate is quite cheap. Food taste was somehow strange. The aircon was not working, I called a 3pm, nobody was coming. Only after another call mechanic arrived a 9pm!!! to fix. When my husband arrives, security asked him to put on the mask, even many people inside walking and sittind without mask, even staff. So if you require a mask, which is actually not working against anythind, which is evidenced, same rules for everybody should be applicable. Interior alrady bit shabby.

Beds type choices are hoax

I travel alone for business trip and always choose the queen bed as I stayed alone. But the staff gave me twin beds with excuse "The rooms are full and we only have twin beds left, even though you've reserved for queen bed, it's doesn't mean you will get it, as we served who comes first". What the function of "type of beds" as choices if you CAN'T actually choose it? Why??????????? I really am not happy with the service and the receptionist staff ain't friendly, they gave me basic answers, not even trying to understand my situation.
