Meals from bar were terrible. Two out of three meals inedible.

Property is quite dated, would be good to improve the soundproofing, could hear the neighbouring rooms and guests in the hall way at all hours. Tint the windows for privacy. Didnt have the league channel sky 4 so that was disappointing. The staff were very nice tho and the lady at the front desk was brillient very helpful giving us extra towels for the pool.

The room was lovely and clean, in the restaurant we enjoyed delicious fish and chips & salad.

Myself and 2 friends stayed in a family room, which was very quiet. Had drinks and dinner at the on site bar and resturaunt, which was really tasty. Staff were a great mix of professional and personable.

Service during dinner was extremely slow - sat for nearly an hour with no drinks or starters. Other tables were similar. Just as our dinner arrived we were evacuated by a fire alarm and spent 25 minutes outside. No attempt was made to re-heat dinner etc. or apology made.

It’s a hidden gem with all the right facilities to match. Heated pool, gymnasium and sports fields to keep you entertained.
We enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean. Comfy bed and bed linens, including the pillows. Convenient parking. Restaurant was available, but we didn’t eat there, so I don’t know about that. Overall, we were well satisfied and would stay there again.
