Great hotel pool and hot tub were lots of fun with our grandkids. Only complaint we had was the breakfast was not great. Only hot food option was waffles or sausage gravy.

Nice suburban hotel . Close to some major shopping . Only thing was the WiFi did not connect in room all night . I listen to a series all night to sleep luckily had some downloads but disappointed in no connection. Breakfast as t took was large clean and bright .

Pool area was a little hot, otherwise clean, staff was great. Breakfast could be improved a bit with more options.

Cons: The lobby & common areas are pretty dark. The breakfast is slim, to none. There was dark black hair all over the bathroom floor when we checked in. Therte is only an Ice matching on the main level. Pros: The A/C worked great, the beds were pretty comfy. I have stayed in better hotels in Mason City, but for the price, it did the job.

Breakfast was nor equivalent to other locations I have stayed.
