Dirty stains on bed sheets, giant cockroaches and bugs in room, very hot and they want to charge you $ for water, the room was ready 2 hours early but they made me pay $ per hour to check in early after sitting in the hot sun all day! Terrible, will NEVER stay here again!

Will all due respect sir, you have first stayed with us on February 27,2024. You stayed with us for 2 nights. You also stayed with us again last March 7, 2024. During your stay here in our hotel, we did not receive any complains with you about the giant cockroaches, bed stain, and bugs inside your room that was mentioned here in your review. Our room has a standard quality check before a certain guest occupies the room. This is also the reason why you settled an early check-in fee as the standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and you came here as early as 11:00 AM. We always check on our guests if they are already settled inside the room and we heard about you that everything was all right. We have charged you about the bottled waters since you just picked it randomly in the hallway as shown in the hotel CCTV's footage placed in the housekeeping cart. We already explained it to you that you have your complimentary 2 bottled waters inside the room and it is replenished everyday together with the amenities during your stay. We also humbly explained it to you that it doesn't matter how many bottles that you will be requesting from us since additional extra bottled waters is available at a reasonable price upon request. The hotel and its staff extended their warm and best service to provide it to you and your partner by the time you first came here until your second stay. The staff also assisted by scheduling you to our free shuttle service drop off to the airport as you checked-out early and there are only limited tricycles outside the hotel.

Great place to stay in Masbate.

Bait and switch

Good day, based from your statement that you have paid for a deluxe room. We do surely follow the reservation that we receive from the booking website. We have a registration form signed by your wife that she is assigned to a Deluxe Front View room which has a panoramic view of the city. We never took advantage about your partner being solo and got assined to a certain room not following the reservation details. She can also testify that even if she is solo, the staff offered to have a breakfast for two since the room is good for two. She declined and we respected her decision. She was also catered by our free shuttle service going to the airport. We do hope that you will change your mind thinking that we did a bait and switched the room of your wife since we did the best service that we can offer, and this hurts our pride that you automatically wrote this review without concerning us.

The room was nothing like in the photo. It was small for the price I paid. It did have nice hot water shower. It was quiet. The front desk gurl was very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if I could have the room in the photo.

Good afternoon Sir, with all due respect, how can you give us a true and honest post-stay review when in fact, you haven't arrived here in our hotel by the time of your reservation. You could be held liable for cyberlibel with regards to this since your statements were defamatory and untrue. We have enough evidence including our hotel CCTV that you did not arrive here. Instead, you just booked with us, intending to harm and destroy our hotel reputation due to your false statements.

Swimming pool was out of order should have charged less. One of the trasons I picked it was due to the swimming pool. Its kind of false advertising

We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay, Sir. It so happened that during the time when you stay here with us, our swimming pool was temporarily unavailable because the water pump and filter were broken and we order them from our supplier outside Masbate (and it took more than a week before the delivery arrived). We made it out-of-order for the meantime for the hygiene and sanitation purposes.Don't worry we always look forward to take immediate actions to cater the needs of our guests.
