The staff cleaned our room and refreshed our towels only once during our 9-night stay. We had to ask for some toilet paper rolls every few days.
Our room and bed were large and we even had a small kitchenette which was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Area felt unsafe. We left immediately. It could have been the zombie like person standing on the corner of the street or the amount of people that looked to be homeless or sketchy.

The property itself was OK, but the area around it was a little rough. As for our room, it was spacious and clean with many amenities for a studio. Only complaint is that there was not enough lites in the room.

Good value, good location.plenty of room in the apartment for two persons. Well equipped, comfotable bed, very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel itself was fine, especially the staff, but we did not like the location. Neighbourhood was rundown, streets were not clean. View from the room was unsightly. Despite this, the Staycity brand of hotels is good with great value for money.
