Worest trip ever

Receptionists are very bad ac and fridge broken in the room for the whole trip thought i informed the front desk many times
Food is very very very bad
Though chief cook attia and food and beverage manager mr hassan did there best to comfort us but i guess the hotel owner doesn't wanna spend any money on his hotel guests
Guys at the pool bar were great thanx a lot ahmed , mohamed and mahmoud
Animation team doesnt exist on the pool as if the guests have on the pool don't matter
Really very very bad experience will never ever go to this hotel ever
