The hotel is perfect for family. They have a lot of outdoor activities and very good restaurants. Our room and bathroom are tiny. The shower was not good, and the water was cold. We stayed next to the elevator, so there was a lot of noise.

Main pool was dirty and the tiki service was bad

Service needs to improve, the staff is rude, specially servers in restaurants and around the pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It has great views and very relaxing . drinks and food was good too. Only issues we had was trying to get Ubers from there to other islands. Would highly recommend renting a car . It’s a great resort to stay to get away from. everyday life.

Good location. The resort needs a good cleaning. Carpets are dirty and some staff at the front desk not friendly. Overall, would not return.
