I called them to check if I need to present the voucher and they told me that I don't need to present anything they just need my id. When we're already there one of the staff asked us to present a voucher when they told us that they just need my id. The other staff just ask me to present my id which is good and when I saw the room...I thought...what's this...I didn't expect what I saw...the room and furniture, it's old.....not worth it....and then on their guide the restaurant is open until 9pm but when I checked by 3pm they told me that it's already closed...so,how am I going to eat...good thing there are several fast food chains nearby....facade and reception area is good but the rooms and facilities...disappointing...

Posted 24 Jul 2014Hotel has terrible service. First the bed is advertised as a queen size bed but it was not. It was a full size bed. When I asked about it they said that was standard size. So I asked if its standard size then why is it advertized as a queen? Next there was no toilet tissue in the bathroom. They said it was probably forgotten. Next the TV was so tiny. Must have been a 13 inch tube. It wasnt even flatscreen, not that it had to be but it could have at least shown clear. The most appalling thing was the breakfast. A FULL breakfast was advertised yet all they had was corned beef. They didn't even have toast. They managed to get a few eggs but I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to physically go to the store and purchase bread. By the time they got the bread the one egg they served with it was already cold. When I asked to speak to the manager they said he had already gone elsewhere for the day even though this was 8am. On top of that there is major construction going on right in front of the hotel. Not a good place to stay

Posted 17 Mar 2014 on HotelsVery disappointed. My wife contacted the hotel by email several days before we arrived and they never bothered to respond to her by email or otherwise. Hotel not very clean and the location was too far from the airport.

Posted 24 Feb 2014 on HotelsThe staff was very nice. The rooms are small and very old. A few ants in the room. It did have ac and a good assortment of cable channels. You definately get what you pay for. I will try something else next time

Good Value - needs small improvements
Posted 8 Feb 2014 on HotelsThey made up the room but didn't change the sheets. Service of the staff is very good. They are all very polite and will do almost anything you ask. I am planning to continue to stay there while it is reasonably priced.

Ok if you don't have any other choice
Posted 25 Nov 2013 on HotelsI"ve been to several hostels and motels around the country and world in my travels, so I'm used to mediocre places of lodging. This place however, was a complete letdown. Under no circumstances should it be considered a 3 star hotel. It doesn't even have an elevator. The room was far from mediocre, no hot water, and sleeping on the bed was very uncomfortable. I developed rashes after just a couple hours. It was so bad, I was only able to spend a couple hours before calling it quits and checking out early. Skip this place unless you're really just looking for a place to crash and nurse a hangover.
