They are actually friendly
The only complain is for house keeping ....
They will arrange your bed and make your bed when you leave but they will not change your bed sheet , on the 3rd day i ask them to do it they change it all but just wondering why they dont , they dont change your drinking classes as well and the coffee mugs they dont change it every day
We spend almost 6 to 7 days there

Nice property and staff. The floorboards were cracked but everything was clean and taken care of.

The room and common areas were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful even though I was not the most pleasant person the day I checked in. The area is not for tourists.

Local narrow street, limited dining but Chinatown close and easy to get cheap transport to many attractions. Must see National Museum. Must see Shoe Museum of Marikina also Imelda Marcos shoes displayed, and great shoe factory nearby for inexpensive great designed shoes.

Nice rooms at an affordable price. Located within walking distance to China Town Manila.
