While the room, cr and shower were clean and comfortable, their website advertised "FREE PARKING". However, when we arrived, we noticed that there were only about 5 parking spaces and they were all taken. We ended up paying another 150 to pay in the garage below. When a business advertises "FREE PARKING", that is what customers will expect. This is definitely FALSE advertising and since you are promoting them, I expect a refund of the 150 pesos ($3-$4 USD) we paid for parking. Another item is that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk.

The hotel is clean, all the staff are accommodating, variety of stores are available around the area, very convenient when it comes to transportation and with parking space. Only there are no recreation area like gym, etc. Also no supplied tissues, should have atleast one(1) upon checkin. But overall is recommended for budget stay during vacations.

Just a bit overpriced for what was offered.

I only stayed one night, as I was travelling for work. Casa Lily had very friendly staff, and the room and facilites were clean, the room was small, and felt like it was a bit overpriced.

I enjoyed my stay here for 2 weeks. The staff were nice and friendly, the room was comfortable. I will likely stay again when I return to the Philippines.

A-okay for Overnight Stay only

Overnight stay is fine bit not for longer stay. Please correct the room & amenities info of the following: 1. Free parking is very limited - Only 4 slots. Approx. 10 basement parking slots are available for a hefty fee. 2. LED TV is only 19 or 22 inches and not 32 inches. 3. Digital local broadcast channels only and NOT cable TV channels. 4. Elevator is available.

The windows are facing the inside of the building where people see you inside your room. There was no toilet paper and when we requested for one we were told it will be availabe in the morning
