The Staff are always so amazing at Somerset and I really like the convenience to the Malls, Dining, fast food, and markets.

Over all , they were all amazing and excellent
Except the rocking toilet seat

Me and colleagues have stayed here for a 5D 4N.
The location is good, 10 mins walking distance to Festival mall and nearby got Jollibee and McDonalds.
There are two things that need to be improved:
1st - the shower water pressure is very low and the shower head condition is bad; repair is a must!
2nd - the food taste and staff service of the level 4 restaurant need to be improved. The daily breakfast taste is acceptable, but we have dined in the restaurant for dinner. The serving speed is like a turtle, and the food waiting time is almost 1 hour even though the restaurant only has 3 tables of guests.
