It was a scam. You didn't pull out the hotel in your list. It was closed. I was victimized. I wish you will have the heart to have my money credited back to my credit card.

I went to the venue and paid using my rewards night plus additional payment but no Richville Hotel was found in the address. There's another hotel with a different name but I wouldn't want to stay there with that new name in case so I requested to just refund my payment and return my 1 free rewards night used.

This property has been taken over by Eurotel. Dont book this. Eurotel stff will not find your reservation and Hotels.com staff will give you a hard time for a refund.

Place is okay. Do not expect too much. Parking is terrible. Food is good though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it was dirty, mold in bathroom, extremely loud and inconsistent air conditioning, mosquitoes inside property and room, extremely noisy (load banging on metal at 4:00 AM) (loud vehicles and honking all night and early morning), poor cable, no refrigerator, no microwave and realistically no gym (an exercise bike from the 70s, a few weights and bench). I ended up leaving early and going to another hotel although I had already paid for a longer stay.

価格に見合った部屋とサービスでした。ホテルのレストランの料理が美味しければ、もう少し良かった。
