The restaurant staff can use a reminder , I.e. to be more mindful of guests. Several times was I cut off walking towards the door or to my table to make way for the staff.

Very nice hotel in a good area walking distance to SM Mall. Rooms were nice, great view on the 16th floor. Downside was the bed options for a family of 4 were not very convenient. 2 twins or 1 queen made it for a difficult Time sleeping.

The property was the same during our stay 19 years ago .The building getting older, most of the fixtures, were not working that well, like the shower faucets.The tub were so deep,it’s hard to get in the shower. The towel rack were so high, I need a stick to get the towels to use. Cleaning the room is not everyday, that why it consumed a lot of dirt. No vacuuming everyday. Housekeeping was very poor, probably short of staff.

I didn’t like the tiny cockroach that was running around the room. Even saw one on the bed as we were leaving.

I stayed in a junior suite but the hotel was not good maintained! I will recommend a cleaner hotel if you are staying w a baby. Pro: Close to the centre mall Wifi is ok Cons: Very old and not maintained! All facilities are old like visiting a grandmother house. The TV desk cupboard was broken. If it is a room which has a door between other room you can hear the noise of the next person room. The baby crib was VERY DIRTY, it was brown. The curtains are supposed to be white but looks like it is brown now.
