AC and hot water had to be restarted. Noise from the street can be heard. Just needs some good maintenance

A true dump of a hotel if you can call it a hotel
Posted 26 Feb 2024 on HotelsWhat a dirty disgusting hotel. Room not cleaned once in 5 days . Claims free car park but the guys manning will lie to you to get you to pay and put the money in their pockets. Sticky carpets and bath rooms full of mould and bathtubs that have cracks in them . Towels that God knows what they have been used to wipe.Step outside and you have wall to wall hookers trying to sell you sex . Aircon unit hanging off the wall and doesn't work.Stay away go to IM hotel or City Garden.

We Miss when it was a " Best Western "
Posted 13 Feb 2024 on HotelsMy wife and I have been staying here for years and always loved it . Now , not so much . It is no longer a " BEST WESTERN " affiliated Hotel and you can tell . It appears very run down this time ( first time we have stayed since no longer a Best Western ) We travel out of our way to stay here because we liked it . We will not do that any longer . The staff is still great , courteous hand helpful but the restaurant facility is lacking in comparison to before . Our return stop in Manila will not be at Oxford Suites .
