Good but need to improve

place a bit old and need to renovate and provide better furniture and supplies. but price point is really good

Not worth the place

Came from province and we arrived earlier. Parked the car and ate at the restaurant beside and met with unwelcoming gesture. We waited for a while in the lobby and it was so uncomfortable because the aircon wasn't turned on. We're accomodated 30 mins before 2pm though, the only thing positive. A thousand deposit is way too much. Elevator switched off. Receptionists unwelcoming. Room 206 is smelling like cockroach, unclean, with aircon not working well. We asked for a deodorizer spray but after more than 30 mins we haven't gotten a word. Ultimately we asked for a different room. For a price so high without even a breakfast is too much. There's even no internet despite a signal. We will never return to this place.

Alternative place to stay

It's a convenient place to stay. Despite offering no breakfast, you can easily secure one in just a stone's throw away. Internet can still be improved though.

Our stay was good overall. The hotel is conveniently located near the Hospital where we had a patient. The hotel provided us a comfortable place to rest. The staff was very helpful & accommodating to our requests.

bed bugs and dirty white sheet

first the room is definitely not cleaned. why? there is still the 2 used toothrush in the garbage. bedsheet and pillow cases looks dirty (not white at all) and bed bugs bites me. probably rush the room cuz i made a last minute reservation. tries to cover the smell of the room with air freshener but not enough not to notice. the only good thing is the people in front desk ...very helpful and accommodating...still will not comeback and can’t recommend it. time to do some upgrades the bed and pillows look so old now and dirty. sorry
