Not good

Not so good since I haven't stay here because of the change of schedule I requested to the staff and hotels.com and also to Expedia to change my schedule of check on but they didn't help me. My money is wasted in this booking.

A lot of room for improvement on cleanliness

Not so good stay. There is no slippers to be used inside the room, the bed sheets have holes in it, the bathroom is clogged and the exhaust looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months, the shower curtain has molds, the soap dispenser is dirty, there is no clothes hanger inside the bathroom. The furnitures and ceiling have damages on it so I took a picture after checking in so I don't have liability over it. Though it is spacious and cold aircondition. I suggest they improve on the cleanliness of the room.

Disappointing - could improve if they act on it

First its at the boundary of Makati & Pasay City, and almost Pasay. Hard to find address - people dont know it yet if you asked - their hotel name must be enlarged to be visible. or at least in direction they must include, near PNB and Jollibee Bautista St. Lobby and Hallways are not air conditioned, its very uncomfortable. And only 1 fan at lobby. No receipt available for cash deposit, you'd have to rely on trust that they return it (they did but still its not good to NOT have a readily available receipt) Thee are 2 elevators but only 1 running at a particular time. Imagine waiting (hotel is about 8 or 9 storeys high?) and no aircon at the hot Philippine weather? Since the hotel is new, all furniture are still new as well so expect that generally room its looks better and cleaner. But hey, its no excuse to not put a proper bed sheet. There is only very thin short bed skirt and a thin sheet that is to be used as "blanket" (for 2 people). (see photo) And contrary to hallways and lobby, the room has air-conditioning and it works great So what does that thin extra sheet blanket leave you while sleeping? BRRRR-RY COLD. We asked for extra blanket and there is an extra charge. We had to pay it upfront (what use it is to argue at that point on?). The bathroom was cleaned but not clean enough, the back of the door was dirty (see photo) - and not only was there no toilet paper, there was also no toilet paper holder. The bathroom floor flooded when I turned on the shower. I had to stop my bath though I have already started and wet. I came down and complained, the hotel staff went to our room to verify. He gave us another room after that. I noticed also the first room has only one door lock unlike the second room which has 2 locks. Location is terrible. It is just off a main very busy Gil Puyat avenue with all types of vehicles ie, buses, jeepneys, cars and trucks in just 2 lanes street. It has no sidewalks, we have to walk on the street with all these vehicles moving slowly spewing toxic gas. The closest restaurant is like a quarter mile away. The noise at night is terrible, with all these vehicles honking trying to jockey for position to get ahead of others. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Bed Sheets so dirty.. Mini refrigerator not enough cold... ants all over in bathroom floor.. Breakfast sucks.. That isn’t buffet breakfast.. Just breakfast meal box .. Coffee or tea only.. They can’t give me orange juice because would charge for that.. Sucks Hotel!!! WiFi won’t work.. Maid good service We will not coming back to that hotel anymore.. Bayview Hotel is best!!!
